Codisign

Based in Towson, Maryland, Codisign is a small studio, founded in 2023, that works with small teams and organizations looking to turn an underperforming website into something that actually generates customers, donors, or bookings. The team, sized at ten or fewer, positions itself against fragmented projects where a website, branding, and content are handled by separate vendors that end up out of sync; instead it combines web development, digital strategy, social media marketing, custom software development, and SEO under one process aimed at getting those pieces to work together. The work is organized into three linked areas: Web Systems (rebuilding pages meant to convert, with attention to load speed, editable content, and plain-language reporting on performance), Brand Systems (a defined story, visual identity, tone of voice, and a guide to keep it consistent), and Content Systems (a posting schedule, topic planning, and templates, including short-form video). Projects follow a three-stage method called Architecture, Expression, and Momentum: first mapping how visitors move through a site and where they drop off, then building the site, brand assets, photography, and copy, and finally maintaining the result with ongoing content and small adjustments. For urgent cases, such as a broken or down site, Codisign runs a rapid diagnostic within 48 to 72 hours to identify and prioritize fixes before moving into the fuller build process.
