Operating out of Auckland with offices referenced across the AKL/MEL/LDN network, Flight Digital works with organisations across sectors including not-for-profit and charity, financial services and technology, public sector and community, retail and e-commerce, property and construction, manufacturing and engineering, and AI and technology. The agency's work is organised around four areas: strategy, design, technology and performance. Strategy covers digital strategy, digital transformation, lead generation strategy and ecommerce strategy. Design work includes UX and UI design, digital branding and visual identity. Technology delivery centres on modular, adaptable architecture, full-stack website development, ecommerce and headless commerce, with stated expertise in Sanity CMS and Craft CMS. Performance services include SEO and GEO, conversion rate optimisation and experimentation, search engine marketing, marketing automation and CRM, analytics, tracking and reporting, and attribution and growth modelling.
