Operating out of Vancouver, Canada, Fromson Consulting is the practice of Mark Fromson, a senior project and product manager who has worked with digital agencies and companies across the U.S. and Canada for more than 25 years. The consultancy is structured as a solo operation, engaged by agencies looking to strengthen operational and PMO practices, and by startups and established organizations seeking product management support across discovery, delivery, and cross-functional alignment between design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. The services offered center on project and product management, delivery operations, user experience architecture, and functional analysis, covering requirements gathering, specifications and PRDs, agile and scrum management, proposals and RFPs, usability and heuristic analysis, business analysis, vendor management, and wireframing. Work increasingly involves AI orchestration and AI-assisted "vibe coding," used to produce workflows, functional prototypes, and production-level software.
