Kea Devs

Kea Devs is a one-person web development operation run by Amir, based in Lahore, Pakistan, and available for remote work worldwide. The practice grew out of freelance and studio work — Amir previously worked as a developer at South Digital — and now operates as an independent setup for clients who want direct contact with the person building their site rather than an account-managed team. Work has ranged from small business sites to platforms handling higher traffic, with all strategy, design, and build handled by a single developer. Services are organised around three platforms. On WordPress, the focus is custom theme development, ACF and Gutenberg block building, WooCommerce store setup, and performance and SEO tuning, avoiding heavy page builders or template-based themes. On Webflow, the work covers marketing and product sites, CMS architecture built to scale with content, animations and interactions, and migrations from other platforms. For projects that need more than either platform offers, custom builds use Next.js or Astro frontends, headless CMS integrations, API and backend work, and design systems coded rather than templated. The stated process runs through four phases: a discovery call to define brand, audience, and goals; wireframing and high-fidelity design in Figma; building semantic, accessible, and performance-focused code; and a launch phase including QA, training, and ongoing support after the site goes live.
