Noran Design

Noran Design is a small strategic design and digital growth studio based in Essex, operating from London within the UK and working with organisations across 15 countries. The team, sized between one and ten people, was founded in 2016 and describes working with ambitious, growing organisations that need digital operations, brand presence, and design support without hiring a full-time in-house team. Its stated approach is to embed with clients from the diagnostic stage onward rather than handing work off after delivery. The studio organises its work into three areas. Under systems and automation, it offers digital operations audits, AI workflow implementation, tool and platform integration, process automation, system documentation, and ongoing optimisation. Under brand, design and digital, it starts with positioning and messaging before building visual identity systems, brand guidelines, UX research and testing, interface and website design, accessibility work to WCAG 2.1 AA, design systems, and multilingual design. Under growth and content, it provides content strategy, social media execution, SEO and organic growth, email automation, campaign design, impact reports and annual reviews, and publication and print design. Engagements follow a three-phase process — Diagnose, Design, and Build — starting with a discovery review of a client's digital setup and operations, followed by a scoped plan matched to budget and needs, then hands-on execution alongside the client's team.
