Proptech Ireland

Founded by Carol Tallon in 2015 and based in Dublin, Proptech Ireland works at the intersection of construction, property and technology. The agency connects Ireland-based technology innovators with industry organisations and investors, including angel and VC funders, and also assists proptech providers from outside Ireland who are exploring entry into the Irish market. Its work spans startups at the discovery stage through to product development and deployment, and it operates as part of a network of 24 hubs internationally, giving it access to emerging technologies and involvement in efforts to establish international standards and best practice for the sector. Within established real estate and construction organisations, Proptech Ireland consultants act in an advisory capacity covering digital transformation and ESG strategy, including guidance on technology suitability, procurement decisions and return-on-investment calculations, from initial vision through to operational implementation. Alongside this consulting and facilitation role, the agency's declared service areas include search engine optimization, content marketing and content writing services, supporting the visibility and communications needs of the innovators, industry players and investors it works with. The team size is small, in keeping with its positioning as a specialist connector and advisor within the proptech space rather than a generalist marketing agency.
