Based in Watermael-Boitsfort, this consultancy works with executive committees, HR and communication teams across Belgium and France, primarily serving private and non-profit organizations ranging from around 50 to 5,000 employees. Founded in 2014 and operating with a small team, the firm positions itself at the intersection of digital transformation, e-reputation and employer branding, guided by a stated conviction that technology should remain in service of people, combining strategic advice with transparency, pedagogy and ethics.
