SHIFT Design

Based in Buffalo, Minnesota, SHIFT Design is a small print and design studio founded in 2015 by Luke Johnson, who studied Advertising at St. Cloud State University and has run the studio single-handedly since founding it. The team works with local businesses across Buffalo, Wright County, the I-94 corridor, the West Metro, and Central Minnesota, positioning itself as an alternative to large, faceless print shops by offering one point of contact from initial concept through final delivery. The studio describes a "design first, print second" approach: layouts are built around a client's brand before production begins, with files set up to keep colors consistent across formats.
