Operating from Essen since 2006, Sven Brunn Mediasolutions works with companies across the Rhineland and the wider DACH region that want a single point of contact rather than several separate providers for hosting, IT, agency and data tasks. The practice is run as a one-person operation, meaning clients deal directly with the person carrying out the work, without intermediary layers. It positions itself around companies whose problems often sit at the handover points between server operator, agency, IT department and manual spreadsheet processes, aiming to remove those gaps by covering infrastructure, data, applications and reporting in-house. Services are organised into four areas. On the infrastructure side, this includes setting up and hardening Linux servers, Docker and Coolify deployments with reverse proxy and TLS, mail infrastructure (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), tested backup and restore concepts, monitoring, and migrations away from cloud dependency toward self-hosting. Data and automation work covers PostgreSQL and Supabase schema design, ETL and import routines from external sources, data cleansing and deduplication, Excel/VBA automation, and API integrations. Application and web development spans web applications built with React, TypeScript and Vite, corporate websites, WordPress relaunches, multilingual and accessible interfaces, and technical SEO with attention to Core Web Vitals. The fourth area, insight and AI, involves Power BI dashboards with DAX modelling, automated reporting, and AI applied to data enrichment, classification and LLM integration within existing processes. Additional recurring tasks include GDPR implementation, domain and DNS management, server migrations, WordPress maintenance, and technical consulting.
