Founded in 1998 by three designers, Uniform is based on Bold Street in Liverpool and operates as a family of creative businesses working both together and independently, with a network extending across the UK and Europe through its partners. The group employs over 50 specialists in brand, strategy, design, technology, visualisation, film and immersive work, and its combined network reaches over 100 people. It works across sectors including architecture and property, building product manufacturing, sport, food & drink and fashion retail, serving ambitious brands and organisations such as global real estate developers and award-winning architects. Within the group, two distinct businesses operate under the Uniform umbrella: Continuous, a brand agency helping established brands adapt through long-term strategic thinking rather than radical transformation, combining brand strategy with creative delivery and ongoing testing of brand assets to keep customer experiences relevant and consistent; and Somewhere, an integrated agency focused on property and place, which creates original content and experiences across the stages of a development's journey, supporting storytelling for real estate and architecture clients. Across the group, the described disciplines span brand, strategy, design, technology, visualisation, film and immersive work, with services including SEO, web design, advertising, branding, content marketing, public relations, social media marketing and UX/UI design.
