Based in Cardiff and trading since 2010, Webjects is a small studio (team of 1-10) working across Wales and the wider UK. Clients span the private and public sector: small businesses, councils and third-sector organisations, alongside dental and aesthetics practices, recruiters, retailers, hospitality brands and tradespeople. Named work includes Citizens Advice Wales, My Lifetime Care, AssureScout, Cardiff Dental and Aesthetics Centre, Ysgol y Deri and Pride Cymru, reflecting a mix of commercial, education, care and community-sector projects. Services cover web design, web development, e-commerce development, branding and graphic design, SEO, and ongoing website support and maintenance, delivered by the same team that built the site rather than handed off elsewhere. Webjects also builds AI tools on top of the platforms it develops — chatbots and self-help tools, including bilingual (Welsh and English) chatbots for Citizens Advice bureaus, an AI-scored job-sourcing web app, and an AI-driven SEO/AEO layer for a dental practice — adding AI only where it is judged to serve a real function, and monitored afterwards by a named team member. It has also started offering AI and automation consulting, beginning with an audit of where a business loses time before recommending automation. Pricing is scoped per project rather than published as a fixed list, and public-sector builds are made procurement-ready and accessible by default.
