Operating out of Mississauga with additional reach into Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, X9Elysium works with Canadian and US retailers on Shopify and Shopify Plus. Founded in 2022, the agency is run by two founders who handle every engagement directly rather than delegating to junior staff, positioning itself against agencies that rotate staff through client accounts. Additional focus areas include unified commerce (POS, online, and wholesale channels with real-time inventory and B2B portals), performance and headless builds using Hydrogen storefronts aimed at sub-2s LCP and strong Core Web Vitals, and analytics dashboards tracking revenue, retention, and order velocity.
