Duplo D

Based in Curitiba, Brazil, Duplo D is a small studio (team of 1-10) working across design, web development and, more recently, AI-driven automation. Founded in 2000, the agency has shifted its focus toward businesses that want their online presence to function as an operating system rather than a static website — serving clients who need their digital properties to be readable and citable by both search engines and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, in addition to human visitors. The agency's work spans four connected areas: discovery and UX research (interviews, journey mapping, user testing), UI design and design systems (documented components and visual standards), custom development and WordPress builds (semantic, accessible code integrated with APIs, CRMs and language models), and SEO/GEO work focused on structured data, FAQ blocks and content formatted for AI extraction and citation. On the automation side, Duplo D builds custom AI agents and n8n workflows that connect existing systems, process data and handle tasks such as WhatsApp chatbots for customer service and lead qualification, with conversation logging into CRM — including partnership-based integration with Kommo. It also develops knowledge bases using RAG, allowing a company's AI to answer from its own documents with vector search, source citation and role-based access control. Projects follow a set sequence — diagnosis, design, development, then automation — with each phase determining the scope of the next.
