User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features such as claiming a listing, connecting Google Search Console, or purchasing a sponsorship. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Listings
Listed entities are added by our team or by user submissions. All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Sponsorships & Payments
Sponsorships are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on Trust Agency is owned by Stone Rank Kft. or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Trust Agency is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the directory, including but not limited to inaccurate information, service interruptions, or third-party actions.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Budapest.
