Its stated focus is helping these teams meet WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA and Section 508 requirements so that digital products remain usable for visitors with disabilities while reducing legal exposure tied to accessibility lawsuits. The agency's process runs through five stages: audit, report, remediate, verify and monitor. Audits combine manual expert review with automated testing across key user journeys and devices, resulting in a prioritised, plain-language report mapped to WCAG criteria with severity and effort ratings. Remediation work is carried out directly in a client's code or alongside in-house engineers, addressing semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, focus management, contrast and individual components. For procurement and public-sector compliance, the studio produces Accessibility Conformance Reports and VPATs backed by testing. It also offers training and workshops for designers, developers and content teams, aiming to build accessibility into workflows rather than address it before launch. Ongoing monitoring combines continuous scanning with periodic manual checks to catch regressions after a product ships. Document accessibility is handled separately, covering tagged PDFs, forms and other materials so inclusion extends beyond the website itself.
