HITC Group operates out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a diversified group of companies that grew from a single branch founded in 1990 by Khalid Mahmood Butt. What began as a metal recycling operation in Khomra Sarooriyah has expanded into a structure covering four business lines: HIT Recycling, HIT Tech, HIT Consultancy and HITC Store. The group is family-led, currently under Faisal Khalid Butt, Mashal Khalid Butt and Qaiser Khalid Butt, and its client base spans manufacturers, traders and exporters connected to its recycling operations as well as businesses in Saudi Arabia seeking technology and consultancy support. The team size is listed between 11 and 50 people. Within the group, HIT Tech is the division responsible for the digital services listed for HITC Group, including website building, branding and digital growth strategy work aimed at modern businesses; this also covers the web development and social media marketing offering. HIT Consultancy handles the business-facing services, providing accounting, HR, taxation and strategic business planning support, which corresponds to the business consulting and accounting services associated with the group. The recycling arm, HIT Recycling, remains the group's founding business, based at Al Barakah Industrial City in Jeddah, and covers ferrous and non-ferrous metal trading, import and export of scrap, and copper granulation, alongside industrial equipment rental and cable dealing. Internal departments include Technical Services, Accounts & Finance, Technical & Operations, and IT.
