HorizonLux

Based in Tunis, Tunisia, HorizonLux is a small studio, with a team of between one and ten people, founded in 2020, that builds custom software, AI solutions and digital platforms. Client engagements span Tunisia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the wider MENA region, covering sectors such as healthcare booking, automotive inspection, staffing and college admissions consulting. Work shown includes a healthcare booking platform for the UAE market, a vehicle inspection app with a companion admin dashboard built for the German market, a staffing website for a Key Largo-based contractor network, a Webflow site for a college admissions consultancy, and an operations portal for a flight-training platform. Declared services cover custom software development, web and mobile app development, UX/UI design, web design, content marketing, search engine optimization, and DevOps managed services. Described methods include tool-using AI agents and n8n automation pipelines for repetitive workflows, auto-scaling cloud infrastructure with CI/CD and FinOps-based cost control implemented as code, and offline-first, store-ready mobile builds for iOS and Android.
