Based in Edinburgh at Summit House on Mitchell Street, IfLooksCouldKill is a small, family-run graphic and digital design studio founded in 2011. Run as a creative duo, the studio works with independent and family businesses across sectors such as hospitality, removals and events, including long-standing clients like Kerr's of Edinburgh, a removals firm marking 50 years in business, and The Oxford Collection, a five-star independent hotel and restaurant group. Rather than operating as a large agency, the team describes itself as small and adaptable, building close working relationships with clients and collaborating with a network of external creative and technical specialists chosen on a project-by-project basis. The studio's work spans branding, website design and development, eCommerce, content marketing, photography, video production and filming, alongside SEO, advertising, PR, social media marketing and UX/UI design. Project examples include a full website and brand identity overhaul for Kerr's of Edinburgh across digital and print, ongoing web design and development for The Oxford Collection aimed at converting website visitors into bookings, and story-led video production and photography for a Kickstarter-backed brand campaign with These Are The Days.
