iPhase

Founded in Ramallah in 2010, iPhase is a digital studio that has since extended its work across Istanbul, Riyadh and Houston. The team is small, in the 1-10 range, and works with entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations across several sectors: development agencies and institutions (including EU, USAID, GIZ and nonprofit-style clients), real estate and hospitality developers, and industry, health and consumer companies. Much of its client base involves multilingual platforms for agencies and funds, as well as digital presences for property developers, resorts and tourism groups. The studio's declared capabilities span UI/UX design, web and product development, mobile app development (native and cross-platform, iOS and Android), and AI consultancy and development covering assistants, automation and data products. It also lists e-commerce, custom software and SaaS platforms, SEO and performance work, and cloud, DevOps and support services, alongside branding and email marketing. Its process follows four stages — Discover, Define, Design and Deliver — moving from research into goals, users and data, through scoping and architecture, into iterative UX, interface and brand design, and finally build, test, launch and post-launch support. Work is organized around design systems and production-ready UI, with product cycles that move through discovery, design, build and launch phases before ongoing technical support.
