Kaleido Creative Studio

Operating from San Diego, California, since 2008, Kaleido Creative Studio now runs primarily under the name OnNiche® by Kaleido, a niche marketing system built specifically for financial advisors and RIAs. The studio works with two groups: solo advisors and boutique RIAs seeking direction and accountability, and enterprise RIAs and institutions that want a shared support system so advisors across the firm can pursue new business goals. The team size is small, between one and ten people, and the agency is founded by Kristen Luke. The OnNiche® system combines strategy, structure, and support rather than one-off campaign work. It starts with an onboarding questionnaire, followed by two consulting sessions to set a strategy that includes an ideal client persona, messaging formula, unique solution, and client outcome blueprint. From there, an annual strategy is built covering objectives, channels, influencers, content themes, and assets, which is broken into quarterly plans with weekly action items and tailored content topics. Ongoing support includes weekly office hours, monthly accountability calls, chat access, and a marketing app, with implementation left to the advisor to do, delegate, or outsource. Beyond this program, the studio's broader declared services include search engine optimization, advertising, branding, digital strategy, and web design.
