Founded in 2015 and operating with a small team, the agency positions itself around mobile and display advertising built on precise user profiling rather than broad-reach campaigns, serving companies that want to reach mobile users based on location, behaviour and app usage patterns. Its service range covers mobile and app marketing, including geotargeting and its own Geotrapping method, in-app display and rich media advertising, performance marketing, reach campaigns, push notifications, social media campaigns and outdoor advertising, often combined with online data to plan offline-linked activity. On the research side, Selectivv conducts client and competitor studies, app user analysis, passive and declarative research, footfall measurement, population flow studies, tourist traffic research and studies of foreign visitors, using data gathered from smartphones and tablets across a large network of apps and mobile sites. These findings feed into Selectivv Viewer 2.0, a tool used to review location-based data for business and investment decisions, alongside a knowledge center of blog articles and reports on mobile advertising trends and user behaviour made available to visitors of the site.
