Services are organised into four areas: advertising, branding, PR & events, and digital marketing. Advertising work involves developing campaign ideas and executing them across traditional, digital and non-standard media, drawing on in-house designers, copywriters and planners. Branding covers identity development for both new companies and established brands undergoing repositioning, including internal culture and process changes, brand story development, tone of voice, and visual identity such as logo and look and feel. The PR & events offering includes event planning, stunts, thought leadership content and reputation management, handled by a team combining PR specialists, event planners and social media marketers. Digital marketing spans strategy development, website design and development, user experience improvements, email marketing, search engine optimisation and pay-per-click campaign management.
