total10 GmbH is a small engineering agency based in Hamburg that works across two specialisms: e-commerce and pharma-IT. On the e-commerce side, its clients are small and medium-sized businesses that need online shops, content, SEO and automation; on the pharma side, it builds non-GxP applications, interfaces and portals that complement existing SAP landscapes. The team is deliberately small, so clients work directly with the people doing the engineering rather than being passed to junior staff or intermediaries. The agency has been building custom software since 2016 and also operates its own online shops in production, using them to test the approaches it recommends to clients. Services include custom programming with Symfony for customer portals, B2B order portals and automations that sit alongside SAP, ERP and shop systems.
