The company works primarily with organisations engaged in research and innovation, applying its ICT background to digital communication, web strategies, and custom software development aimed at strengthening community engagement around research outputs. The service range covers marketing, communication and dissemination activities, including search and social advertising, communication and outreach campaigns, concertation activities, content management and copywriting, lead generation and database management, market research and analysis, press and media management, stakeholder engagement, and strategy definition and planning. Event management is offered end-to-end, from conceptualisation and planning through recruiting and post-event reporting, alongside training services delivered through eLearning solutions.
