Based in Austin, Texas, Next Gear Labs is a small team of one to ten people working with companies that already hold licenses for AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot but have not translated that access into changed daily work. All three are built around tools the client already owns, primarily Claude and Microsoft 365's Copilot, rather than requiring new purchases.
