Based in Cuijk, Netherlands, WP Concepts is a small team, founded by Tal (MSc. International Economics and Business Development), that focuses specifically on WordPress website maintenance rather than broad digital marketing work. The team is composed of the founder together with a group of freelancers selected for experience and reliability, with whom the agency builds long-term collaborations. Clients are website owners on WordPress who need ongoing technical upkeep — security, updates, and performance — handled by an external party rather than in-house, and who can be onboarded remotely by email, phone, or video call. The core offering is structured around WordPress maintenance packages that combine security, speed, and SEO-related upkeep. Security work includes firewall setup and malware scanning. Maintenance covers regular, safety-checked updates to WordPress core and plugins, along with daily backups. SEO optimization is delivered as a built-in feature of the maintenance packages rather than as a standalone campaign. Conversion optimization is also offered, drawing on the team's e-commerce web development background, including the option of a conversion report for a client's website. Onboarding follows a defined process: selecting a package, submitting website details, signing an agreement and completing payment, after which WP Concepts takes over access to the hosting and WordPress environments. Subscriptions run monthly, with a minimum three-month term and one month's notice thereafter, or annually. Custom quotes are available for clients with multiple domains.
